Jen Neale, Registered Psychologist and coach at Willow Coaching

Hi, I’m Jen Neale.

I’m a Registered Psychologist and coach with over 16 years’ experience supporting people to navigate change and move forward with clarity and confidence. I bring a strong understanding of human behaviour and emotional patterns into my coaching work, helping you recognise what may be keeping you stuck and begin creating meaningful change. I aim to offer a calm, non-judgmental space where you can pause, reflect, and start to move forward in a way that feels clearer and more grounded.

A calm space- with direction

I work with people who are looking for a calm, supportive and thoughtful space to navigate change, uncertainty, self-doubt, difficult decisions, or a sense that something doesn’t feel quite right, even if it’s hard to put into words.

My approach is warm, steady, and down to earth. People often say they leave feeling clearer, more settled, and more confident in their next steps.

There’s no pressure to have it all figured out, and no sense of needing to “fix” things quickly. Instead, we create space to slow down, feel heard, and gain perspective on what’s been happening beneath the surface of the challenges you’re experiencing. From there, we begin to find a way forward that feels clearer, steadier, and practically achievable- not just in theory, but in your day-to-day life.

I have a Master of Organisational Psychology and a Postgraduate Certificate in Coaching Psychology. For more than 16 years, I’ve worked as both a psychologist and coach, supporting people through change, challenge and growth. This experience allows me to bring both depth and practicality to our work, while always keeping the focus on you and what you need.

I believe that meaningful change begins with understanding yourself more deeply. When we recognise the patterns shaping our thoughts, emotions and decisions, we can respond with greater choice, confidence and intention.

Drawing on my background in psychology and coaching, I support people navigating change, stress, self-doubt, uncertainty, worry, and the emotional challenges that often accompany life’s transitions. My approach focuses on helping you better understand yourself, build confidence, and create meaningful change that feels sustainable in everyday life.

If this feels like the kind of space you’re looking for, you’re very welcome to get in touch.

My approach and background

Our conversations are guided by what matters most to you. At times, that means gently exploring what’s been building beneath the surface, including thoughts, emotions, or patterns that may not be immediately obvious. At other times, it’s about gaining clarity and identifying practical next steps. We work at a pace that feels right for you, with space to reflect, be heard, and make sense of things in a way that leads to meaningful, sustainable change.
